We are growing! Bri-Mar Solutions, LLC is looking to hire an Operations Assistant.


As a small, family-owned business, we take pride in our employees. We offer holiday pay, PTO, Medical, Dental, Vision, Accident and Retirement plans.


Hours: 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM (flexible as needed)

Overview

We're looking for a detail-oriented Operations Assistant to support scheduling, communication, and daily office tasks for a fast-paced construction team. This role helps keep jobs organized, on schedule, and ready for crews in the field.

Responsibilities

Daily Tasks

  • Open/ Unlock office, set up workspace, and manage incoming calls, texts, and emails
  • Print and organize daily assignment sheets
  • Take clear, detailed notes on job requests

Scheduling & Coordination

  • Maintain and update schedules in Google Calendar
  • Add approved jobs with accurate details (location, scope, builder)
  • Coordinate with project managers and adjust schedules as needed
  • Look ahead to ensure upcoming jobs are ready

Utility Locates (811)

  • Call in utility locates before excavation
  • Track tickets and confirm utilities are marked before work begins

Communication & Admin

  • Serve as a point of contact between office and field teams
  • Keep records organized and up to date
  • Assist with reports and general office tasks

Qualifications

  • Strong organization and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills (Google Calendar, email, Word)

Preferred
