We are seeking an Entry Level Recruiter to join our growing team. This role is designed for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in human resources, recruiting, and business operations.

You will play a key role in building high-energy sales teams while supporting the full hiring and onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for entry level sales and marketing positions
  • Manage candidate pipelines and maintain consistent communication throughout the hiring process
  • Schedule and coordinate virtual and in-person interviews
  • Evaluate candidate qualifications, professionalism, and culture fit
  • Assist in building and developing high-performing, energetic sales teams
  • Support onboarding by preparing new hires, confirming schedules, and ensuring completion of required documentation
  • Partner with leadership to understand hiring needs and recruiting goals
  • Track recruiting metrics and contribute to improving hiring strategies
