(Entry-Level Operations & Administrative Support)

We are a growing electrical distribution company seeking a highly organized, motivated, and detail-oriented individual to join our developing Back Office Operations team.

This role is ideal for a recent college graduate or early-career professional interested in business operations, process improvement, administration, and organizational systems. Rather than focusing strictly on Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable, this position supports the internal operational structure of the company across multiple departments.

The ideal candidate is proactive, tech-savvy, eager to learn, and naturally organized with strong follow-through and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day back-office operations and administrative functions
  • Maintain organized digital files, documents, spreadsheets, and tracking systems
  • Assist with SOPs, workflow documentation, and process improvement initiatives
  • Coordinate internal communication and follow-up between departments
  • Support operational projects, reporting, and organizational systems
  • Assist with data entry, ERP support, and internal record maintenance

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (but not required); recent graduates encouraged to apply
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced office environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Quick learner with strong attention to detail
  • Experience with PDFs, QuickBooks, Bluebeam, or ERP systems is a plus

What We’re Looking For

  • Someone who enjoys creating structure and improving processes
  • Strong follow-through and reliability
  • Professional communication skills
  • A self-starter mentality with long-term growth interest

Growth Opportunity

This role offers hands-on exposure to business operations, process management, administration, and organizational development within a growing company environment. The position is designed to evolve alongside the company and may eventually grow into areas such as Operations Management, Process Coordination, ERP Support, Project Administration, or Business Operations.

We are seeking someone eager to learn, grow, contribute, and help build the operational foundation of a company that values teamwork, organization, and continuous improvement

Company Description

Independent, specialized wholesale electrical distributor located in Denton, Texas targeting UL508 Control Panel Shops in the DFW area.
