Job description

The Role

As an Entry Level Operations Associate at Triumph (Night Shift), you will play a key role in the operations of our fastest growing app, Rips, a digital collectible trading card app. Youโ€™ll be part of our growing operations team that processes, organizes, and ships Pokรฉmon cards and other collectibles across the country to hundreds of thousands of users. Youโ€™ll have the chance to experience first-hand operations at a fast growing startup - from sorting graded cards to uploading inventory into our system. This role is critical to ensuring our usersโ€™ happiness and scaling our business as we grow.

We are hiring for a day and a night shift. Please note your schedule preferences in your application as we have some flexibility in regards to scheduling.

What You'll Do
  • Pack and ship cards alongside the broader operations team.

  • Sort, organize, and scan graded Pokรฉmon cards, ensuring inventory is kept accurate and up-to-date.

  • Upload cards into digital inventory using custom-built internal tools.

  • Maintain a secure and well-organized work environment.

  • Contribute ideas and improvements that can help the team scale for the future.

Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in an operations, processing, administrative, or other high-performance environment.

  • Availability to work a full time 40-hour weekly schedule.

  • Strong attention to detail, maintaining accuracy and speed even in stressful situations.

  • Scrappy, resourceful, and a strong work ethic - youโ€™re willing to do whatever it takes and take pride in your work.
