Our goal is to bring the most exquisite stone in the world to fabricators and commercial builders everywhere, pairing the personalized service of a local stonemason with the large-scale capabilities of a global distributor. Our factory-direct facilities on both coasts offer slabs, prefabricated countertops, prefabricated vanity tops, tiles, mosaics, faade panels and cut-to-size items; our west coast facility is home to the countrys largest selection of prefabricated countertops and vanity tops.


Position: Operations Team Lead

The position is responsible for ensuring and improving the performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability of department and organizational operations through the provision of effective methods and strategies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Manager in day-to-day coordination and management of business operational activities.
  • Monitor, control and manage business operations to meet customer expectations and company goals.
  • Provide direction and guidance to internal teams and achieve company expectations.
  • Identify problems in operations process and resolve them in quickly and timely manner.
  • Responsible and supervising Warehouse Team for daily operations, orders, and inventory management.
  • Responsible for timely and accurate processing sales orders and communicating with customers, warehouse and sales reps.
  • Responsible for daily operations, orders, and customer services.
  • Coordinate warehouse Team with customers regarding order status, shipping dates, issues, and product availability.
  • Work on sales Team in orders and shipments.
  • Responsible and supervising Procurement Team for daily purchasing, transfer, receiving, and inventory management.
  • Oversee transfer request from Sales Team and promptly take transfer plan.
  • Oversea cabinet orders through intercompany Purchase process.
  • Freight Quote and dispatch orders to freight companies. Verify the freight charge invoices.
  • High level of cross department communication with Sales Dept. Logistic, Accounting, and Departments in other branches
  • Proactively follow up on any customer issues (return, defective, credit memos, etc.).
  • Inventory Management. Transfer, adjustment (Positive, Negative qty in NAV system) and forecast arrangement for transfer.
  • Oversee warehouse inventory as it relates to orders and shipping.
  • Process all inventory warehouse transfer in system.
  • Conduct Cycle count and physical count. Solid understanding of warehouse inventory counts, reconcile and report the result to Manager and National Operations Manager.
  • Monitor daily shipments and transfer shipments with intercompany. Communicate with intercompany for the related transfers.
  • Obtain additional information as necessary from different departments in the company.
  • Logistics arrange all in/out containers, local shipments. Update PO shipment schedule and verify the container shipment bills and freight bills.
  • Any assignments or instructions from manager and National Operations Manager.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • +1 year of experience in operations or relevant experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in customer service or related role.
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, inventory systems).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
