Job Summary

Aqualillies is seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Team Lead to oversee daily business operations, support team performance, optimize workflows, and ensure exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills who thrives in a fast-paced remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and support a team of operations specialists and administrative staff.
