Job Summary
Aqualillies is seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Team Lead to oversee daily business operations, support team performance, optimize workflows, and ensure exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills who thrives in a fast-paced remote environment.
Operations Team Leads are typically responsible for managing day-to-day operations, monitoring performance metrics, implementing process improvements, and supporting team members to achieve organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and support a team of operations specialists and administrative staff.
- Monitor daily workflows, productivity, and service levels to ensure operational excellence.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare performance reports for management.
- Identify process bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
- Manage schedules, workload distribution, and resource allocation.
- Handle escalated operational issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer and employee experiences.
- Support hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of leadership or operations management experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience managing remote teams is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM systems, and project management tools.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
