Job description

Our client is seeking an ERP Program Manager to lead a multi-workstream enterprise program centered on IFS Cloud ERP implementation. The program includes deployment of Supply Chain and Finance solutions, alongside supporting platforms including an FX rate solution, third-party payment solution, and integrations with PLM, MES, Concur, and other enterprise systems.

The candidate will be responsible for orchestrating the End-to-End program lifecycle including planning, governance, dependency management, risk control, stakeholder alignment, and value realization while fostering a collaborative, consensus-driven operating culture.

The ideal candidate is a strategic planner, disciplined operator, and trusted executive partner who leads through influence, clarity, and structured governance rather than command-and-control escalation.


Key Responsibilities

Program Planning

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive integrated program plan across all workstreams
  • Identify and manage cross-functional dependencies across ERP, integrations, finance, supply chain, and third-party solutions
  • Establish milestone-based delivery plans with measurable success criteria
  • Drive critical path management and scenario planning
  • Align program roadmap with business priorities and transformation objectives

Program Orchestration & Execution Excellence leveraging SME knowhow

  • Lead SME conversations and coordination across functional, technical, integration, and vendor teams
  • Ensure alignment between business process owners, IT, implementation partners, and third-party providers
  • Document meeting minutes and drive all the action items
  • Document / ensure meaningful articulation of information discussed in working sessions, workshops, meetings
  • Monitor program performance through KPIs, financial tracking, and delivery metrics
  • Proactively manage risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies
  • Oversee cutover strategy, readiness assessments, and go-live governance

Governance & Executive Communication

Establish and lead:

  • Steering Committee meetings
  • Operating Committee meetings
  • Workstream governance forums

Prepare executive-level reporting including:

  • Status dashboards
  • Financial tracking
  • Risk heat maps
  • Decision logs
  • Ensure structured decision-making processes are followed
  • Maintain clear documentation of actions, owners, and commitments

Financial & Vendor Management

  • Manage overall program budget and financial tracking
  • Gather and maintain implementation vendor burn rates for vendor invoice approvals
  • Oversee system integrators and third-party vendors
  • Ensure contractual deliverables and SLAs are met

Stakeholder Alignment & Cultural Leadership

  • Build trust across business and IT stakeholders
  • Work through organizational roles and respect functional ownership
  • Foster collaboration across Supply Chain, Finance, Technology, and Operations
  • This role requires a leader who:
  • Builds consensus rather than mandates compliance
  • Drives alignment before escalation
  • Promotes clarity over urgency-driven reaction
  • Enables teams rather than overrides them


Proven Ability / Key Skills

  • 9+ years of any ERP program or large-scale transformation leadership
  • Experience delivering Supply Chain and Finance modules in manufacturing or distribution environments
  • Experience in Jira and Confluence
  • Proven experience managing multi-vendor, multi-system programs with complex integrations
  • Strong background in structured program governance
  • Experience running Steering and Operating Committees at executive level
  • Demonstrated success delivering programs on time and within budget
  • Ability to build integrated program planning with dependency mapping, Risk modeling and mitigation planning including phased delivery and roadmap design
  • Experience in Financial planning and program cost control
  • Ability to mobilize cross-functional teams
  • Proven experience in drive program execution including negotiation and conflict resolution and enabling clarity in ambiguity
  • Demonstrated Executive-level communication skills and clear, structured, concise reporting
  • Experience leading teams with patience, composure under pressure, collaborative and inclusive approach respecting organizational structure and governance
  • Experience leading implementation of IFS ERP preferable
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business, Technology, or related field
  • PMP, PgMP, or equivalent program management certification
  • Experience with ERP transformation methodologies (Agile / Hybrid / Waterfall)
