Required Skills & Experience:
  • Program/Portfolio Manager or Project Lead-equivalent experience; alternatively, 6-8+ years in a high-impact internal Quote to Cash, finance transformation, or revenue operations role at a leading global company.
  • Demonstrated track record of leading complex, multi-stakeholder transformations from problem definition through implementation - with clear accountability for business outcomes
  • Strong communication and people management skills, with the ability to drive impact through influence and to lead senior leaders through defined narratives/storyboards
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including translating data into actionable insights.
  • Exposure to enterprise-scale Quote to Cash systems and processes - including CPQ, contract management, billing, revenue recognition (ASC 606), and collections platforms (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Zuora, or equivalent).
  • Background in enterprise SaaS, technology, or digital transformation environments preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related area; equivalent experience will also be taken into account
