Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead OEM operations teams through development builds and new product ramps.
  • Plan and execute development builds while collaborating with internal and external teams across the U.S. and Asia.
  • Manage schedules, manufacturing capacity, material availability, quality issues, and product updates throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Drive component readiness by ensuring part availability, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Communicate requirements and schedules effectively with supply chain and manufacturing teams.
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Product Design, Marketing, Planning, Materials, and Global Supply Managers to support successful product launches.
  • Improve product manufacturability, testability, supply chain responsiveness, and cost efficiency while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for cross-functional communications, escalating key issues and presenting resolution options to executive leadership.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing, operations, engineering, or related environment.
  • Experience working directly with engineering teams.
  • Strong program and project management capabilities.
  • Demonstrated success driving projects to completion in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to confidently present information and recommendations to management.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to lead multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 30-35%.
