Summary
Our client is seeking a Marketing Project Manager to support high-impact initiatives within a services-focused marketing organization. This role sits at the center of execution, translating marketing strategy into actionable plans and ensuring seamless delivery across cross-functional teams.
This position is ideal for a highly organized and proactive professional with experience driving complex marketing programs in fast-paced environments. The Project Manager will partner across business, product, growth, and creative teams to deliver campaigns, events, and subscription-focused initiatives with precision and clarity.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Project Execution
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of marketing initiatives from intake and scoping through execution and post-launch review
  • Translate marketing priorities into clear project plans, timelines, trackers, and deliverables
  • Manage multiple concurrent initiatives while maintaining high-quality execution

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with teams including Business, Product, PR, Analytics, Growth, Media, Creative, Engineering, Editorial, Finance, and Services
  • Drive alignment across stakeholders, ensuring clarity on scope, priorities, and deliverables
  • Navigate collaboration across international teams and time zones

Planning & Operations
  • Support annual and quarterly forecast planning for marketing initiatives
  • Own and maintain project documentation, production schedules, and master timelines
  • Establish and manage team rhythms such as kickoffs, status meetings, executive reviews, and post-mortems

Event & Campaign Management
  • Drive end-to-end project management for event planning and execution
  • Support subscription growth efforts including lifecycle marketing and campaign execution
  • Coordinate complex workflows across multiple marketing channels

Communication & Risk Management
  • Provide clear and consistent communication to stakeholders, including senior leadership
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and gaps early and proactively drive resolution
  • Track action items, meeting notes, and follow-ups to ensure accountability

Process Improvement
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to improve workflows, operational efficiency, and project tracking standards
  • Collaborate with other project managers to enhance processes and ways of working

Required Education & Experience
  • 6+ years of experience in project or program management within marketing, product marketing, growth, or operations
  • 3-5 years of event planning or experiential marketing experience, including ownership of end-to-end execution

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong project management skills, including timeline management, tracking, and documentation
  • Experience working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with shifting priorities
