Position Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end program strategy and execution for Appstore policy governance, optimizing operational processes across planning cadences. Leverage data-driven assessments, such as gap and risk analyses, to enhance enforcement strategies while using project management tools to drive cross-functional collaboration. Define compliance metrics and develop automation solutions for scalable policy enforcement by partnering with Product, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Business Development teams. Refine policy frameworks, address escalations, and ensure transparent resolutions. Align execution plans with corporate strategies, conduct change management initiatives, implement data visualization tools for performance tracking, and define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program effectiveness. Lead risk assessments, process improvement initiatives, and business reviews to drive continuous innovation and operational efficiency.
40 hours / week, 8:00am-5:00pm, Salary Range: $127,200/year to $185,000/year.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Position Requirements:
Master's degree of foreign equivalent degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, Finance, or a related field and two years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Must have one year of experience in the following skill(s): (1) demonstrated success in managing large-scale, global initiatives from strategy through execution; (2) using data and metrics to drive improvements, develop KPIs, and make data-informed decisions (3) presenting data and insights to C-suite senior leadership to drive recommendations, articulate tradeoffs, and communicate program strategy to leadership; (4) building new complex cross-functional programs from concept to launch; and (5) communicating across technical and non-technical audiences, including executive level stakeholders.#0000
