Adapt: A Behavioral Collective is seeking ABA Program Managers to oversee client programs, mentor therapists, and ensure high-quality intervention services in the Bay Area & surrounding areas. We specialize in individualized, evidence-based ABA therapy to support children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Location: Peninsula Area
Hourly Rate: $30-$40 per hour, depending on experience
Language Proficiency Bonus: Additional pay for Spanish, Cantonese, or Mandarin (highly desirable but not required)

ABA Program Manager Responsibilities:

  • Client Program Oversight: Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA programs in collaboration with the Clinical Director.
  • Supervision & Training: Lead, mentor, and provide oversight to Behavioral Therapists and Senior Behavioral Therapists.
  • Data & Progress Analysis: Ensure accurate data collection, analyze progress, and modify programs as needed.
  • Team Collaboration: Conduct regular team meetings and communicate treatment updates.
  • Parent & Caregiver Training: Provide training and support to ensure ABA strategies are effectively implemented at home.
  • Quality & Compliance: Ensure ethical, evidence-based practices are followed across all treatment plans.
Qualifications:
Education (must meet ONE of the following):

  • Master’s degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field.
  • 12 completed ABA units from an accredited institution.
  • Completed BCaBA coursework.
  • Leadership Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role within the ABA field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with children with autism using ABA principles.
  • BCBA Certification (preferred but not required).
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Requirements for All Applicants:

  • Reliable transportation for travel between client locations.
  • Valid driver’s license & auto insurance.
  • Ability to provide negative TB test results & required immunizations.
  • Access to a computer with an internet connection.
  • Mobile phone with an ongoing service plan (partial compensation provided).
  • Clear FBI & DOJ fingerprinting (partial compensation provided).
