Key Responsibilities
  • Organize program structure; perform effort estimation, scheduling, planning, and budgeting
  • Maintain stakeholder roster, alignment map, and program roadmap
  • Orchestrate communications, activity tracking, assignments, and follow-ups
  • Capture and manage risks and escalations to drive ongoing progress
  • Coordinate weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting and governance rhythms
  • Conduct presentations, contribute to workshops, and engage key stakeholders
  • Capture high-level requirements and communicate solution vision
  • Prioritize feature development and deliverables in partnership with client and internal teams
  • Participate in and support agile ceremonies for scrum teams
  • Monitor user behavior and produce delivery execution recommendations
  • Deliver programs and projects on time, within budget, and within scope
Required Skills
  • X-X+ years of program management experience with enterprise clients in a consulting environment
  • Strong experience with project vision/scope documentation, work-back schedules, budget management, and deliverable reviews
  • Skilled at leading delivery-focused discussions, brainstorms, and working sessions
