We’re looking for a dedicated hands-on Operations Front-of-House Supervisor to work with our restaurant team and
create an exceptional experience every shift. We want to hear from you if you thrive in a fast-paced
environment, lead by example, and take pride in clean, efficient operations!
What You’ll Do:
 Lead daily FOH operations with a hands-on approach
 Create a welcoming environment with consistent, high-quality guest service
 Support, train, and coach team members on service standards and procedures
 Ensure the restaurant stays spotless, organized, and guest-ready
 Handle guest concerns with professionalism and a solution-first mindset
 Oversee opening/closing duties and inventory restocking
 Work closely with the BOH Supervisor and team

 Prior experience in a supervisory or team lead role (restaurant or hospitality preferred)
 Strong communication and leadership skills
