Job description

Job Purpose: To provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Greet customers, assess their needs and provide recommendations for services.
  2. Operate equipment and maintaining the facility.
  3. Ensure that the car wash area is clean, well-stocked and properly organized.
  4. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and inquiries.
  5. Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
  6. Perform routine maintenance on equipment.
  7. Collaborate with team members to achieve team and personal goals.
  8. Adhere to our company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  1. Excellent customer service skills.
  2. Ability to work well in a team environment.
  3. Ability to operate cleaning equipment and tools.
  4. Good organizational skills.
  5. Physical ability to lift 50lbs objects, and comfortable working outdoors.
