Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for Operations Specialist opportunities in Scranton, PA. Responsibilities for an Operations Specialist include but are not limited to:

  • Perform high-volume data entry with accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail while maintaining organized workflows.

  • Scan, prepare, and process documents related to letters of credit and other operational activities.

  • Generate reports, file documents, and support daily administrative and operational functions.

Candidates for Operations Specialist must meet the following requirements to be considered:

  • Previous experience with data entry and working in a high-volume production environment.

  • Strong investigative and problem-solving skills with the ability to research and resolve discrepancies.

  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize assignments, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

  • Excellent teamwork skills, willingness to collaborate with others, and flexibility to work overtime when needed.
