Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for Operations Specialist opportunities in St. Louis, MO.   • Pay: $22.12/hour

  • Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Manager is also flexible with a 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM schedule)

  • Duration: 12-Month Assignment

  • Location: Onsite in St. Louis, MO

Responsibilities for an Operations Specialist include but are not limited to:
  • Support commercial loan administration and collateral management activities while maintaining accurate collateral records and loan servicing data.

  • Process loan and collateral updates within servicing systems, establish and maintain ticklers, and monitor documentation requirements.

  • Prepare, review, and maintain loan documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with operational procedures.

  • Research and resolve credit exceptions, partner with internal stakeholders, and identify opportunities to mitigate operational risk.

Candidates for Operations Specialist must meet the following requirements to be considered:
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in commercial banking, loan operations, loan servicing, or collateral management preferred.

  • Experience with loan documentation review, commercial lending terminology, and exception resolution processes.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams, along with accurate data entry and system navigation skills.

  • Excellent organizational, communication, problem-solving, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
