Description

Envision Innovative Solutions is a technology and engineering services firm delivering mission-critical solutions to government and commercial clients. Founded in 2006, the company specializes in systems engineering, cybersecurity, and software development. Envision partners with organizations to modernize legacy systems, strengthen cybersecurity posture, and enhance overall operational performance. Through ongoing research and development, the company also advances innovative technologies, including virtual and augmented reality solutions for training and simulation.

Envision is seeking a motivated, career, and customer-oriented Operations Specialist Journeyman to join our team at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland. This is an onsite position.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Tracking special duty and ad hoc actions
  • Planning, coordinating, and executing events from concept through completion, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives Developing and managing event timelines, logistics, and associated event costs
  • Supporting coordination of venue selection, catering, audio/visual needs, transportation, security, and onsite support
  • Preparing event materials, attendee communications, and post-event summaries
  • Tracking and managing internal communications and workflow using SharePoint or other designated systems
  • Verifying security clearances, providing security access badging, providing Security Management Organization (SMO) code via the Defense Information Security System (DISS) (formerly Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS)), and coordinate and provide escort duties
  • Participating in recurring meetings
  • Preparing quarterly/annual reports
  • Participating in IPTs and coordination meetings
  • Attending and coordinating all high visibility visits by conducting tasks such as scheduling office calls, creating agendas, arranging transportation, providing meal plans, providing administrative and protocol expertise, providing audio visual support, and printing briefing packages
  • Safeguarding and delivering Government material
  • Coordinating and aligning meetings
  • Preparing meeting minutes
  • Developing materials or presenting training for professional development

Required Skills:

  • Associate degree or 2 years technical school- Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related scientific or technical discipline. 8 years of additional direct relevant technical experience may be substituted for education
  • A minimum three (3) years' relevant experience.

Security Clearance Requirements:

  • Active Secret

The projected compensation range for this position is $75,000.00-$80,000.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
