Online Operations Specialist plays a key role in managing and supporting the day-to-day operations of a retail brand's e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless customer experience and efficient workflows. This position manages online order fulfillment, coordinates with teams and vendors on inventory and shipping, and assists with fraud prevention, customer service, and showroom support. It also partners with IT and developers to implement site improvements while upholding brand standards and operational guidelines.

Essential Duties
Monitor and manage online orders from placement to fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Coordinate with merchandising, inventory teams, and third-party vendors to resolve shipping or inventory issues.
Monitor product listings across e-commerce platforms, ensuring accurate pricing, descriptions, images, and availability.
Assist with managing inventory levels across digital channels; flag low stock and coordinate restocks.
Collaborate with marketing and merchandising to support promotions, new product launches, and seasonal changes.
Provide customer support by responding to emails, managing phone communications, assigning inquiries to team members, and assisting with operational questions or order investigations.
Work with IT or e-commerce developers to test and implement website or backend improvements.
Ensure compliance with brand standards, customer policies, and privacy/security guidelines.
Support fraud prevention efforts by reviewing and verifying online transactions.
Assist with repairs by coordinating shipments, receiving items, and communicating with customers about delivery scheduling.
Support showrooms by processing online payments, coordinating diamond orders, and managing inventory transfers.
Maintain accurate daily records, including closing and posting batches and updating internal systems.
Any other duties as assigned
