    • High-touch partner support across two channels
    • Root cause analysis & troubleshooting complex issues
    • Cross-functional coordination during escalations
    • Respond to partner inquiries (features, bugs, ops issues)
    • Identify trends & provide actionable feedback
  • Secondary (20%):
    • Workflow improvement & documentation
    • Product/issue specialization
    • Knowledge resource development
    • Training new employees
Must-Have Qualifications
  • Experience:
    • 3+ years in ops, customer/technical support, or partner management
    • Proven record resolving complex issues
    • Global/cross-cultural collaboration
