Location: Las Vegas, NV 89129
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $70,000 annually

About Ageless Men's Health

With more than 90 clinics nationwide and a rapidly growing patient base, Ageless Men's Health is seeking a Healthcare Operations Specialist to join our growing Business Operations team.

At Ageless, we specialize in medically managed testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), weight management, skin care, and concierge medicine, helping men look better, feel better, and live better through proactive, personalized care.

This is a dynamic role for a healthcare operations professional who already has experience working within a medical or healthcare environment and is looking to expand their knowledge across multiple areas of healthcare business operations. This position is ideal for someone who understands the fundamentals of healthcare administration, including patient accounts, insurance workflows, medical terminology, EMR systems, and clinical operations, but enjoys variety and the opportunity to support many different areas of the business.

As part of our Business Operations team, you'll serve as a key support partner to our clinics and corporate teams by assisting with patient account reviews, operational audits, healthcare systems, process improvements, and special projects that help our nationwide locations operate efficiently.

Our Business Operations department is growing, and we're looking for someone who is adaptable, solutions-oriented, and excited to take ownership while continuing to grow professionally. This role offers broad exposure to healthcare operations and the opportunity to develop into expanded responsibilities and future leadership opportunities as the organization continues to scale.
What You'll Do

  • Review and audit patient accounts to ensure accuracy and identify opportunities for correction or improvement
  • Process patient refund requests, payment adjustments, and payment applications
  • Complete cash log audits and assist with financial accuracy reviews
  • Navigate electronic medical record (EMR) systems to review patient charts, documentation, account information, and operational data
  • Support patient account research and resolution of healthcare administrative issues
  • Assist clinics with healthcare operations questions, system-related support, and process guidance
  • Partner with clinical teams, providers, and corporate departments to resolve operational needs
  • Support insurance verification workflows, patient documentation processes, and healthcare administrative tasks
  • Perform quality assurance audits to ensure accuracy, compliance, and consistency across locations
  • Assist with reporting, data validation, and operational tracking as needed
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and assist with implementing workflow enhancements
  • Create and maintain SOPs, process documentation, and training resources
  • Support special projects and departmental initiatives as business needs evolve
  • Serve as a flexible resource across the Business Operations team, providing support wherever needed
Our Ideal Candidate

You're a healthcare operations professional who enjoys solving problems, learning new processes, and supporting a fast-growing organization. You have enough healthcare experience to confidently navigate patient charts, EMR systems, and clinical workflows, but you're also excited by the opportunity to expand your knowledge across multiple areas of healthcare operations.

You are someone who:

  • Thrives in a role where priorities can change and no two days look exactly the same
  • Is comfortable wearing multiple hats and stepping in wherever support is needed
  • Has strong attention to detail and takes pride in accurate work
  • Can independently research problems, identify solutions, and follow through
  • Communicates confidently with providers, clinic teams, patients, and corporate partners
  • Has a professional presence and can build trust quickly with different stakeholders
  • Enjoys improving processes and finding ways to make teams more efficient
  • Is proactive, dependable, and eager to grow within a scaling organization
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required; Healthcare Administration, Healthcare Management, Public Health, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in healthcare administration, medical practice operations, patient accounts, revenue cycle, insurance verification, or a related healthcare role
  • Experience working within a medical office, physician practice, healthcare organization, or similar clinical environment required
  • Hands-on experience navigating electronic medical record (EMR) systems and reviewing patient charts, clinical documentation, and account information
  • Working knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare administrative workflows
  • Familiarity with insurance processes, patient accounts, and healthcare documentation standards
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, growing environment
  • Experience with Azalea EMR is a plus, but not required
Why You'll Love Working Here

  • A high-impact role supporting a rapidly growing national healthcare organization
  • Opportunities for professional growth and advancement within an expanding department
  • Competitive compensation
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off (PTO), 401(k) plan, tuition reimbursement, parental leave, and free or discounted clinic services
