Job description

Part-Time HQ Guest Operations Team Member
We are looking for outgoing, reliable, and customer-focused team members to join our HQ Guest Operations Team. This role is responsible for creating an exceptional guest experience while supporting daily operations across our headquarters stations, including front desk check-in, retail sales, and guest assistance.
HQ Guest Operations team members are often the first impression of our company, so we are looking for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in providing outstanding hospitality.
Schedule
  • Part-Time
  • Thursday - Sunday
  • Day and evening shifts available
  • Weekend availability required

Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assist guests arriving at HQ locations
  • Check guests in for tours and verify age and identification when required
  • Answer guest questions and provide helpful information about tours and services
  • Assist guests with reservations, payments, and walk-in bookings
  • Process transactions and retail merchandise sales through the POS system
  • Maintain organized, clean, and well-stocked workstations
  • Communicate with drivers, team members, and management regarding guest updates and operational needs
  • Support guest flow, tour preparation, and station setup
  • Help maintain a fun, safe, and welcoming environment for all guests
  • Assist with end-of-shift duties including POS balancing when assigned

Qualifications
  • Must be 21 years or older
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Customer service or hospitality experience preferred
  • Professional, polite, and well-spoken
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Must maintain strong attendance and punctuality
