Job Type: Full-Time (40 Hours/Week); Tuesdays - Saturday 10am - 6pm)

Position Overview

We are hiring an EdTech Management Trainee (Marketing Track)—an early-career role designed for candidates who are eager to learn, grow, and develop into future leaders.

This role is ideal for someone who may not yet have extensive full-time experience, but is motivated, hands-on, and excited to build real-world marketing capabilities in a fast-growing operating environment. You will rotate across marketing functions and work closely with operations, enrollment, and product teams to support business growth.


Key Responsibilities
  • Execute and optimize digital marketing initiatives across paid media and social platforms, with a focus on performance improvement and ROI.
  • Support content development across digital channels, including social media, advertising creatives, and campaign messaging.
  • Assist with Chinese social media marketing (e.g., Xiaohongshu), including content planning, publishing, and influencer collaboration.
  • Analyze marketing data and campaign results to inform iteration and optimization.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, enrollment, and product teams to support growth initiatives.
  • Participate in rotational learning across departments and take on increasing responsibilities as skills and ownership grow.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese (required).
  • 0–3 years of experience in marketing or related fields; internship or project experience is welcome.
  • Prior exposure to digital marketing, content creation, or social media is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, or analytics tools is preferred but not required.
  • Interest in Chinese social platforms (e.g., Xiaohongshu) is a strong plus.
  • Strong learning ability, initiative, and willingness to take ownership.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-style 0–1 environment.
