Position Responsibilities:

  • Assist with processing, producing, and reconciling shipping, receiving, and delivery documents; track service performance
  • Collect and prepare information for operational reporting and data tracking
  • Interact with internal and external customers and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Support dock operations, including inbound load check-in, shipment monitoring, sequencing, and documentation accuracy
  • Conduct pick floor walks to drive efficiency and compliance
  • Support slot sequencing, re-slotting, and monitor out-of-stock (OOS) conditions
  • Other duties as assigned 

Required Education and Experience: 

  • High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) with 1 to 3 years of related experience

Preferred Education and Experience: 

  • Bachelor's Degree
