What Makes This Role Great:

In this role, you will be the engine behind our global learning programs, ensuring that our partners and internal teams have the tools and certifications they need to succeed. You will gain hands-on experience with enterprise-grade LMS platforms and CloudShare, directly influencing the efficiency of our enablement strategy while working cross-functionally across our global services organization.

Key Exciting Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and maintain the CloudShare platform as the primary technical point of contact for users with working hours M-F 7am-4pm PT (8am-5pm MT).

  • Support the certification lifecycle for consultants, tracking progress and ensuring data integrity.

  • Collaborate with the team to market and drive attendance for Virtual Instructor-Led Training sessions and OnDemand Labs.

  • Configure and build course content directly within our LMS to ensure a seamless learner experience.

  • Perform light multimedia production, editing recorded training sessions to prepare them for global distribution.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in a Training/L&D Coordinator, LMS Administrator, or Enablement Operations role, preferably within a SaaS environment.

  • Hands-on experience building courses and managing completions within an LMS such as Docebo.

  • Strong technical aptitude with familiarity in cloud environment platforms and proficiency in Google Workspace and spreadsheet management.

  • Experience with video editing software like Camtasia.

  • Exceptional written communication skills for partner-facing interactions and cross-functional coordination.

Logistics

Location: Lake Oswego, OR or Westminster, CO (In-office at least 4 days per week).

Working Hours: M-F 7:00am - 4:00pm PT / 8:00am - 5:00pm MT.
