Position Summary-
The Support Manager provides executive, operational, and client support for a growing leadership development and professional coaching organization. This role is responsible for coordinating client onboarding, scheduling, reporting, and administrative processes while ensuring a seamless experience for clients and internal teams. Working closely with senior leadership, coaches, and cross-functional departments, the Support Manager helps drive operational efficiency and effective communication across the organization. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment.

Essential Job Duties-
  • Support senior leadership with scheduling, travel coordination, meeting management, and administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate client onboarding and scheduling for coaching engagements.
  • Manage and maintain client information in CRM and coaching platforms.
  • Assist with tracking leads, client renewals, and business development activities.
  • Provide administrative support to a team of coaches.
  • Prepare reports, track client engagement data, and help improve processes.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to support organizational goals

Requirements-
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in administration, operations, executive support, or client services.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, and CRM systems. HubSpot experience is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
