The Executive Operations Project Manager leads high-impact cross-functional initiatives and supports the operational infrastructure of our executive team. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

What you'll own and lead as a: Executive Operations Project Manager

โ€ขLead high-impact, cross-functional executive initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring alignment, accountability, and measurable outcomes

โ€ข Design and manage executive dashboards, reporting tools, and business intelligence systems to support data-driven decision-making

โ€ข Research and implement AI and automation solutions to improve efficiency and scale operations across the organization

โ€ข Serve as the Monday.com subject matter expert โ€” managing project execution, workflows, automations, and user adoption

โ€ข Own governance of internal data, SOPs, and operational documentation, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and accessibility

โ€ข Manage executive calendars, agendas, travel logistics, and briefing materials to keep leadership prepared and on track

โ€ข Support new Branch launches, expansions, and event coordination โ€” including research, scorecards, planning, and procurement

โ€ข Lead change management efforts ensuring systems and documentation are updated, approved, and implemented organization-wide


ROLE QUALIFICATIONS

โ€ข Experience in executive operations, project management, or a strategic support role in a fast-paced organization

โ€ข Proficient in Monday.com and business intelligence tools; experience with AI and automation solutions a strong plus

โ€ข Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong documentation, SOPs, and workflow governance skills

โ€ข Proactive and self-managed โ€” able to anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and execute with minimal direction

โ€ข Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and professional presence with executive-level stakeholders

โ€ข Comfortable managing complex logistics including travel coordination, event planning, and multi-location support

โ€ข Committed to compliance, data integrity, and HIPAA standards across all operational systems and documentation

โ€ข Experience in healthcare, home care, or a multi-site operational environment a strong plus
