Position Summary:
Position to provide the required resources to support the Maintenance team in various projects and initiatives. Operations Administrator will perform a variety of tasks including but not limited to building reports within MP2 software, Purchasing, Financial control and reporting, creating, and manipulating Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Access files, data entry and perform other duties and responsibilities as required.

Job Responsibilities:
    Create and maintain files utilizing MVP One and eMaint reporting module 
    Create and maintain various Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, Visio files.
    Financial control and reporting - verifying monthly general ledgers and tracking actual spend against budgeted amounts
    Purchasing & Receiving - conveyor, forklift, HVAC, building parts and misc. services
    Processing Invoices - verifying against PO's and account coding invoices for items purchased
    Inventory Management - investigating problems and making adjustments to inventory levels utilizing MVP One or eMaint software
    Call Center and Dispatching - receive and dispatch calls utilizing excellent customer service skills
    File Management - maintaining physical and electronic files in a neat orderly fashion
    Asset Management - maintaining asset data in MVP One software and various Microsoft files 
    GSM monitoring - graphic systems monitoring of the conveyor system
    Administrative duties for Maintenance Leadership - presentations and Maintaining Org Charts in Microsoft Visio
    Creating Quarterly Newsletter
    

   Job Qualifications:
    3-5 years in an administrative support role
    Strong with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point & Access) including formulas in Excel
    Solid interpersonal and organizational skills
    Exceptional math skills
    Knowledge of MVP One or eMaint maintenance management software is a plus
    Financial accounting experience is a plus
    Possession of an Associate's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job as listed above.
