  • Maintain organized digital and physical records for all Operations departments.
  • Keep an accurate directory of regional team contacts for easy access by leadership.
Process Auditing & Compliance
  • Audit administrative workflows across departments (Installation, Service, Project Management, etc.) for compliance.
  • Flag inconsistencies, missing documentation, or inefficiencies and report to leadership.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of standardized forms, checklists, and templates.
Systems & Reporting
  • Learn and use systems like RForce, Qlik, and other CRMs or reporting platforms.
  • Pull regular reports to validate that operations metrics are being tracked accurately.
  • Summarize key insights and provide data to support coaching and decision-making.
Cross-Departmental Coordination
  • Act as a bridge between Operations, Sales, and Accounting, ensuring everyone is aligned.
  • Support leaders with interdepartmental administrative tasks and follow-ups.
  • Track outstanding action items and ensure they're completed on time.
Support to Operations Leadership
  • Assist the Operations Manager, Production Manager, Director of Installation & PM, Service Supervisor, and other leaders with administrative tasks.
  • Keep leadership informed about critical deadlines, updates, or required actions.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required
  • Proven administrative experience in an operations or multi-department setting.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality.
Preferred
  • Experience with CRM/reporting tools (RForce, Qlik, or similar).
  • Administrative background in construction, service, or installation-based businesses.
  • Familiarity with Renewal by Andersen's systems and workflows.

WORKING CONDITIONS
  • Primarily office-based with occasional site visits.
  • Frequent use of computer systems and standard office equipment.
  • May include extended hours during peak periods or deadlines.

PERFORMANCE METRICS
  • Accuracy and timeliness of reports and documentation.
  • Compliance with administrative standards across departments.
  • Organization of files, directories, and departmental records.
  • Responsiveness and clarity in internal communications.
Benefits Include:

  • 401(k) with company match
  • Paid time off and holidays
