Recruiter- Engineering
Department: Corporate/Administrative
Employment Type: Full Time
Location: Orlando, FL
Description
DRMP is a multi-discipline engineering and professional services firm delivering transportation, environmental, structural, and geotechnical solutions across the Southeast. As part of the Trilon Group family of companies, DRMP is growing aggressively in 2026 with an ambitious hiring plan to match.
The Recruiter - Engineering supports DRMP's Engineering business units as part of a two-person recruiting track. You will own your requisitions full-cycle, build direct relationships with hiring managers on your assigned roles, and execute against a high-volume req load of 10-15 active positions across a blended mix of seniority levels. You will work closely with the Senior Recruiter on your track, who sets sourcing strategy and serves as your daily collaborator and escalation point.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Execute full-cycle recruiting on assigned Engineering requisitions: sourcing, screening, submittals, scheduling, offer support, and close
  • Carry a blended req load across senior, mid-level, and entry-level Engineering roles
  • Build and maintain working relationships with hiring managers on active reqs
  • Set clear expectations with HMs on timelines and submittal cadence at kickoff
  • Contribute pipeline data to the Senior Recruiter's weekly Engineering track reporting
  • Escalate blockers to the Senior Recruiter proactively
  • Keep Pinpoint ATS records current and report weekly KPI data accurately

What you'll need:
  • 1+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience; agency, in-house, or RPO background welcome
  • Proficient with ATS platforms and LinkedIn sourcing
  • Strong communicator - comfortable engaging HMs, candidates, and team members
  • Organized and self-directed across a multi-req book
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Preferred:
  • AEC / engineering recruiting experience is a strong differentiator for this role:
  • Experience sourcing and screening civil, structural, transportation, or geotechnical engineers
  • Background recruiting for AEC firms - agency or in-house
  • Familiarity with engineering titles and career progression (EI, PE, Project Engineer, PM)
  • Exposure to the Southeast AEC talent market

What you will be a part of:
You'll join a restructured DRMP TA team in the middle of an aggressive second-half hiring push. The team is small, the roles are real, and every fill counts. You'll have clear direction from your Senior Recruiter and strong support from TA leadership.
DRMP Offers:
  • Excellent compensation package
  • Outstanding holiday and paid-time-off programs
  • 401(k) Plan and Match
  • Career Path Development Program (Management & Technical Career Tracks)
  • Mentorship Program
  • Tuition Reimbursement
  • Parental Leave
  • Competitive health and dental insurance premiums
  • Variety of voluntary benefit options
  • Short-Term Disability/Long-Term Disability
  • Company-furnished life insurance
