The Personnel Recruiter is responsible for attracting and identifying qualified candidates to meet the staffing needs of the organization. This role involves managing the recruitment process from sourcing to evaluation, ensuring a strong candidate pipeline and supporting the hiring managers in making informed decisions.(MUST BE FLUENT IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH)
