What You'll Do
  • This role partners with J-U-B Leadership, HR Business Partners, and hiring managers to understand workforce needs, develop recruiting strategies, source candidates, post jobs, and coordinate interviews. The Talent Acquisition Partner - Engineering Recruiter leads a positive candidate experience, maintains accurate recruitment records, and supports the organization in achieving hiring goals efficiently and effectively.
  • In this role, you will:
  • Lead the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition approval through offer acceptance and onboarding transition
  • Serve as a trusted recruiting partner to hiring managers providing guidance, communication, and accountability throughout the hiring process
  • Champion and promote J-U-B's employer brand by sharing our culture, values, career growth opportunities, and employee ownership story
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-quality talent in competitive markets
  • Build strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Deliver a positive, engaging, and transparent candidate experience from first contact through hire
  • Coach hiring managers on interviewing best practices, candidate evaluation, and effective hiring decisions
  • Track recruiting metrics and identify opportunities to improve processes and hiring outcomes
  • Build relationships with universities, professional organizations, and industry networks to support early career and niche recruiting efforts
  • Partner closely with HR Business Partners and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth transition for new hires

Requirements

  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and hiring timelines in a fast-paced environment
