Members of our staff can design, prototype, and produce next generation products for a diverse range of markets including environmental, medical, military, industrial, aerospace, and communications.


About the Role

We seek a diligent, dedicated, and meticulous Recruiter who will help to further our success and reputation in the industry through world-class customer service. The successful candidate must plan his/her own work schedule, have a passion for sourcing, be self-motivated, maintain a professional presence, and have the desire to take ownership of projects.


Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the needs and roles to be filled
  • Post approved position description to appropriate platforms
  • Review resumes that have been submitted for openings
  • Identify appropriate candidates and assess their qualifications through resume review, phone interview, and other screening methods
  • Connect qualified candidates with hiring managers
  • Maintain communications with hiring manager to ensure candidate lifecycle
  • Vet potential employees’ credentials, including background checks
  • Extend offers upon hiring manager approval
  • Share signed offer letters with payroll to initiate onboarding process and inform hiring manager of start date
  • Attend job fairs and industry conferences


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or SHRM-CP/PHR certification
  • 7 years of experience recruiting high-volume; manufacturing environment preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
