Job description

Our client is seeking a Contract Manufacturing Recruiter to support high-volume hiring initiatives across production, engineering, and operations teams in the Austin area. This role is ideal for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has experience managing multiple requisitions within the manufacturing space. This Recruiter role will pay $50-$52 per hour based on experience.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake through offer stage
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities
  • Source and attract candidates through job boards, networking, and direct outreach
  • Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and fit
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication with stakeholders
  • Extend and negotiate offers while ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Maintain accurate candidate data within ATS platforms
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
Qualifications
Required
  • Proven experience recruiting within the manufacturing industry
  • Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle
  • Experience working with ATS platforms
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
