In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruiting process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. You will play a critical role in attracting top talent who share our commitment to improving healthcare access and enhancing patient experiences. Your expertise in recruitment strategies, candidate assessment, and relationship building will help us build a strong, diverse team dedicated to our mission.


Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various roles within the organization.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidatesโ€™ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
