Job Summary

Unitus Security is seeking a Full Cycle Recruiter with high-volume hiring experience to support staffing across multiple sites. This role is responsible for managing the recruiting process from sourcing through onboarding in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment.


Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting (sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, onboarding)
  • Support high-volume hiring needs across multiple locations
  • Conduct hiring events and open interviews
  • Partner with Operations to meet staffing requirements
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and track recruiting activity
  • Ensure compliance with background checks, drug screening, and E-Verify
  • Maintain accurate records in HR systems

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience
  • High-volume hiring experience required
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
  • Experience in security, staffing, or hospitality preferred

Work Environment
  • 24/7 operational business with dynamic staffing needs
  • In-person recruiting and hiring event support required
  • Occasional travel between sites may be required
