Job description

LaSalle Network is hiring for an Engineering Recruiter (Manufacturing) with a clean energy and advanced manufacturing-leading company known for rapid growth as it expands its U.S. manufacturing operations.
This is an exciting time to join an organization that is rapidly growing and expanding its footprint across the United States. You will partner directly with leaders across the organization and is looking for a subject matter expert
Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing and engineering positions
  • Recruit for a mix of high-volume production roles and specialized technical positions
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to develop recruiting strategies
  • Proactively source top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and other recruiting tools
  • Manage 10-20 open requisitions while providing an exceptional candidate experience

Qualifications
  • Manufacturing, automotive, industrial, renewable energy, EV, or battery recruiting experience required
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
  • Strong sourcing and full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
  • Agency or corporate recruiting experience welcomed
