Become a Key Player as a Recruiter

As a Recruiter, you will attract and place manufacturing and engineering talent to meet the organization's hiring needs. You will partner regularly with department managers and the hiring team to build a strong talent pipeline and improve time-to-fill. This is an onsite role at the customer facility in Kalamazoo, MI, where you'll work directly with hiring stakeholders and candidates.
