They are seeking a Cyber Security Architecture Manager to lead the design and implementation of enterprise cybersecurity architecture solutions, manage cybersecurity teams, and ensure compliance with security frameworks.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Lead the design and implementation of enterprise cybersecurity architecture solutions across cloud and hybrid environments, with a focus on Microsoft Azure.
โ€ข Develop and maintain cybersecurity governance frameworks, standards, policies, and best practices.
โ€ข Collaborate with engineering, development, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure secure architecture and implementation of applications and platforms.
โ€ข Support AI-related security initiatives, including governance, risk management, and secure AI adoption strategies.
โ€ข Drive cloud security architecture reviews, risk assessments, and remediation planning.
โ€ข Oversee implementation of security controls for applications, APIs, infrastructure, automation platforms, and data services.
โ€ข Manage and guide cybersecurity architecture and engineering teams on enterprise security initiatives.

Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or related field.
โ€ข 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, cloud security, security architecture, or engineering roles.
โ€ข Strong experience with Microsoft Azure cloud platforms and cloud security implementations.
โ€ข Hands-on experience in cybersecurity architecture, governance, implementation, and engineering.
โ€ข Experience supporting AI security, governance, or secure AI implementation initiatives.
โ€ข Strong understanding of security frameworks, governance models, and risk management practices.
โ€ข Experience with automation services, scripting, orchestration, or security automation initiatives.
โ€ข Knowledge of Power BI security, data governance, and reporting environments.
โ€ข Experience collaborating with development and engineering teams in Agile/DevSecOps environments.
โ€ข Strong understanding of identity and access management, network security, application security, and infrastructure security.
โ€ข Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
