A Remote Microsoft Recruiter is a talent acquisition professional who works remotely to identify, attract, and hire candidates for roles at Microsoft. They collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, source candidates through various channels, and guide applicants through the interview and hiring process. Building relationships remotely also means you’ll rely on digital platforms like Microsoft Teams and Outlook to stay connected and aligned with stakeholders.
