This is a remote position, but candidates must be based in the Miami area and available to participate in local recruiting, networking, and community events as needed.

What you'll do:

  • Recruit for technical roles across Engineering and other growing areas of the business, supporting candidates throughout the full recruiting process.

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, target profiles, and priorities for each search.
  • Conduct initial candidate conversations to assess experience, motivations, and alignment with OneImaging.
  • Create a high-touch candidate experience through clear communication, thoughtful follow-up, and strong relationship building.
  • Build and maintain pipelines of talented engineers for both current and future hiring needs.
  • Attend and support local Miami technology, engineering, recruiting, and networking events to build relationships and increase awareness of OneImaging.
  • Help identify opportunities for OneImaging to participate in local events, partnerships, meetups, and other talent-focused initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and recruiting information in Greenhouse.
  • Partner with the broader Talent team on recruiting projects, process improvements, employer branding, and other initiatives as the company grows.

About you:

  • Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, talent acquisition, or a related role, with some experience supporting technical or engineering hiring.
  • Experience sourcing candidates and building talent pipelines, particularly for technical roles.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the confidence to engage candidates and hiring managers.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple searches and priorities at once.
  • Strong interest in technology, startups, and building high-performing engineering teams.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.
  • Strong sense of ownership and willingness to jump in wherever needed.
  • Hungry, ambitious, curious, and motivated to take on increasing responsibility as the company grows.
  • Excited to spend time in the Miami technology community and build relationships with talented engineers.
  • Must be based in the Miami area.

What will make you stand out:

  • Experience recruiting engineers or other technical talent at a startup or high-growth technology company.
  • Experience attending or helping coordinate recruiting events, meetups, university programs, or other talent community initiatives.
  • Familiarity with Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar recruiting tools.
  • A strong existing network or familiarity with the Miami startup and technology ecosystem.
  • A track record of taking initiative and consistently looking for ways to improve how things are done.

The base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $100,000. Individual compensation will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, experience, location, and applicable laws.
