Recruiter | AI, Robotics & Emerging Technology

PACE Engineering Recruiters partners with innovative companies across AI, Physical AI, Robotics, High Performance Computing (HPC), Energy, and Defense Technology to help them build high-performing technical teams.

We are looking for a Recruiter to join PACE and build a career in technical recruiting and talent acquisition. This is not a traditional recruiting role. You will develop expertise in highly technical talent markets, research engineering companies and teams, identify exceptional candidates, conduct candidate outreach, and build relationships with engineers and technical professionals.

This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level recruiter or early-career professional who is curious about technology and wants to develop expertise in technical recruiting, engineering recruiting, and emerging technology markets.

You do not need to come in as a technical expert. You need to be curious, competitive, coachable, and motivated to succeed.

What You'll Do

  • Source and engage technical candidates across AI, robotics, HPC, energy, and defense technology
  • Research talent markets and conduct outreach through LinkedIn, email, and phone
  • Build candidate relationships, assess qualifications, and manage the recruiting process
  • Develop expertise in technical recruiting and emerging technology markets

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 0–3 years of experience; recruiting, sales, staffing, or relationship-driven experience is a plus
  • Strong communication, organization, persistence, and curiosity
  • Interest in AI, robotics, engineering, and technology
  • Comfortable with outreach, phone calls, LinkedIn sourcing, and measurable goals
  • Motivated to build a career in recruiting, talent acquisition, sales, or leadership

Why PACE?

PACE provides training, coaching, and hands-on experience recruiting for innovative technology companies. You'll build skills in sourcing, technical recruiting, interviewing, relationship management, and market research, with opportunities to grow into sales, account management, leadership, and broader technology expertise.

Compensation & Work Environment

  • Base salary + fully uncapped commission
  • Hybrid work schedule
  • Health coverage
  • Student Loan Assistance
  • 401K match
  • Structured recruiting training and ongoing coaching
  • Clear opportunities for career growth
