Job Purpose
As a Recruiter at VulcanForms, you will play an important role in supporting the growth of a high-priority, advanced technology program. You will manage full lifecycle recruiting across a variety of technical and operational roles while partnering closely with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to attract and hire top talent.
This is a fast-paced, high-growth environment that requires adaptability, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to recruiting. We're looking for someone who is curious, eager to learn, and excited to build relationships with candidates while delivering a positive hiring experience.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full lifecycle recruiting for technical and operational positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, provide recruiting updates, and help drive efficient hiring processes.
  • Source active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, employee referrals, and other recruiting channels.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Deliver a positive candidate experience through timely communication and thoughtful engagement throughout the hiring process.
  • Collaborate with HR and cross-functional partners to support offer development, hiring processes, and recruiting initiatives.
  • Adapt to changing hiring priorities while effectively managing multiple requisitions and competing deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate recruiting data and activity within the applicant tracking system.

VulcanForms offers a competitive salary and equity package. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. In addition, VulcanForms provides comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance; generous paid time off; and a 401(k) plan with company match.
The annual base salary range for this position is $72,000 to $100,000.
