Overview
The Associate Account Executive (AAE) is an entry-level sales position focused on driving revenue growth by generating new business opportunities and providing crucial support to the wider sales team. The AAE will be fully integrated with Account Executives, Project Managers, Estimating, and Sales Leadership, allowing them to gain comprehensive experience across the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting & Lead Generation:
    • Identify and research potential clients and target markets.
    • Conduct outbound outreach (calls, emails, social media) to generate qualified leads and schedule introductory meetings or demonstrations.
    • Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with accurate prospect information and sales activities.
  • Sales Support & Collaboration:
    • Assist senior Account Executives in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
    • Participate in client meetings and product demonstrations, taking detailed notes and assisting with follow-up tasks.
    • Serve as a liaison between the sales team and other internal departments (e.g., Marketing, Product, Customer Success).
  • Sales Cycle Management (Under Supervision):
    • Nurture leads and build initial relationships with prospects.
    • Clearly articulate the value proposition of the company's products/services.
    • Help manage the initial stages of the sales pipeline.
  • Performance & Reporting:
    • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets for lead generation and booked meetings.

Required Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 0-2 years of experience in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role (internships count).
