Job description
The Account Development Representative at Outcode Software will be focused on identifying and generating sales/opportunities by using primarily outbound activities. Our growing team will continue to drive innovative ways to deliver on growth goals. Focusing on new business will be key to the success of the Account Development Representative role.

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying potential contacts/opportunities for decision makers looking to engage with software engineering services.
  • Contacting potential contacts/opportunities via phone, email, networking events, social media and in-person visits to qualify, educate about Outcode services and schedule next steps meetings or conversations.
  • Engage in a high-energy, high-motivation team to drive a continuous performance culture.
  • Utilize CRM and sales tools to contribute to data-driven decisions.
  • Participate in weekly meetings and continue to improve your skills via training.
  • Perform initial and follow in-person field visits with potential and current clients
