Key Responsibilities of the Recruitment Account Executive

  • Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across a variety of industries and roles
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing client accounts
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake and sourcing through offer and placement
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow our client portfolio
