Assistant Account Executive

We are seeking an Assistant Account Executive to support our Client Services team in our Pittsburgh office. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow within a fast-paced agency environment while gaining hands-on experience supporting integrated marketing and client initiatives.

The Assistant Account Executive will provide day-to-day support to assigned account teams, including coordinating meetings, preparing agendas and notes, conducting research, developing presentations, and assisting with project execution across multiple client initiatives. This individual will work closely with Account Directors and cross-functional teams to help ensure projects move efficiently and deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support client and internal projects from kickoff through execution
  • Coordinate meetings, timelines, and project deliverables
  • Draft meeting recaps, memos, and client-facing materials
  • Assist with presentations, reporting, and database management
