What You'll Be Doing
As an Account Executive, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients while managing event planning, proposal development, and technical coordination from concept through execution.
โข Client Engagement - Build strong client relationships while understanding event goals, budgets, timelines, and technical requirements
โข Proposal Development - Develop and review proposals, quotes, and event documentation for client presentations
โข Relationship Management - Maintain ongoing communication with clients before, during, and after events to ensure satisfaction
โข Event Logistics Coordination - Conduct venue walkthroughs, assess technical requirements, and coordinate production logistics
โข Contract & Billing Support - Manage contracts, deposits, invoicing details, and billing documentation
โข Equipment Coordination - Partner with logistics and technical teams to confirm equipment availability and event readiness
โข Show Readiness - Review event details and warehouse preparation to ensure complete and accurate execution
โข Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with operations, technical services, show services, and accounting teams
โข Client Solutions - Provide creative and technical recommendations that align with client expectations and event objectives
โข Post-Event Follow-Up - Support client debriefs, feedback discussions, and future business opportunities
What We're Looking For
โข Experience in account management, sales, live events, audiovisual production, or related industries
โข Strong communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills
โข Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments
โข Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
โข Technical understanding of audiovisual equipment and event production workflows preferred
โข Experience working with event logistics, labor coordination, and production planning preferred
โข Collaborative attitude with the ability to work across multiple departments
โข Passion for live events, customer service, and delivering exceptional experiences
