AREA ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Monday-Friday, Saturdays as needed
$50k+ DOE plus Monthly Sales Bonus

As a key contributor to our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth, building client relationships, and connecting top talent with exciting opportunities. We are looking for a self-driven individual with a passion for sales and a keen understanding of the staffing landscape.

JOB SUMMARY

The Area Account Executive is responsible for driving revenue through new client acquisition and account management. This role demands a results-oriented individual who can effectively communicate the value of our staffing services to clients and build lasting partnerships. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Client Acquisition
  • Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and industry partnerships.
  • Conduct client needs assessments to understand staffing requirements and present tailored solutions.
Sales and Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting our staffing services and presenting compelling value propositions.
Candidate Sourcing and Placement
  • Collaborate with Staffing Coordinators to identify and match candidates with client needs.
  • Facilitate the placement process, ensuring a smooth transition for both clients and candidates.
Market Research
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Sales Reporting and Analysis
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the staffing or related industry.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Human Resources experience a plus.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Travel is required throughout the Mineral Wells, Cleburne, and Waxahachie areas.
