No insurance experience is required. We provide training, mentorship, and support in obtaining your Property & Casualty license.

This is a performance-driven sales role best suited for competitive, entrepreneurial individuals who enjoy networking, building relationships, and generating new business opportunities.

Compensation

  • $40,000 base salary
  • Uncapped commission opportunities

On-Target Earnings

  • Year 1: $50,000$70,000
  • Year 2: $80,000$90,000
  • Year 3: $110,000$130,000+
