Our company has grown from providing routine call center services to providing high-level, full-scale donor support resources and products. Our proprietary scripting engine, web forms and custom-built reporting enable clients to successfully conduct large-scale fundraising campaigns with accuracy and creativity.

Summary of Role

Primary duties include support to the entire Account Executive department, by full resolution of tickets, overseeing first line client email communications, and addressing pledge errors. Works closely with Client Services Manager and other team member(s) to ensure all administrative support is completed efficiently, accurately, and timely. Junior Account Executive is expected to show progress in their knowledge and ability over a period of 3 to 6 months and is responsible for completing all of the tasks outlines in their new hire checklist. This position is not intended as a permanent position, but as a first stage to becoming an Account Executive.


Work Schedule & Availability:

Company business hours are 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday.

Account Executives are expected to work a full-time schedule within these business hours (for example, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST). Specific work schedules may vary based on business and client needs.

Because we support clients across multiple time zones and business needs, this role requires flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, and participate in a rotating on-call schedule. On-call responsibilities are shared across the team. Specific scheduling expectations, on-call rotation frequency, and responsibilities will be discussed during the interview process and onboarding.


What will you do?

  • Maintains and nurtures existing client relationships.
  • Functions as liaison between client companies and operations staff.
  • Assists in negotiating work agreements.
  • Cultivates 20% or more growth of existing partner base from previous calendar year.
  • Conducts weekly/Biweekly status meetings with ALL DRTV and For-profit clients.
  • Conducts pre-drive meeting with all Non-profit PBS/NPR clients two weeks prior to the start of the drive.
  • Conducts post drive meetings with all Non-profit PBS/NPR clients within two weeks post drive.
  • Maintain and grow average number of products for client portfolio to at least 3.5 products per Client.
  • Ensures all emails and JIRA tickets are responded to within twenty-four business hours of receipt.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact or public relations representative of ACD, overseeing client relations/operations/strategies and ensuring short- and long-term projects or activities are completed in a timely manner.
  • Proactively monitors account health by tracking client satisfaction and open issues, advocating for both the client and ACD, and taking ownership of resolving concerns before they escalate.
  • Junior Account Executives cultivate and maintain positive, professional interdepartmental relationships, communicate client needs professionally to facilitate completion and buy-in of client deliverables and follow up accordingly to achieve the best possible client and company result.
  • Handles a smaller group of partners in all aspects of managing those accounts.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by management.
