Title: Insurance Account Executive

Salary: $47,500 - $55,000 per year

Work Schedule: M-F 9:00am – 6:00pm/hour lunch

Location: Roselle Park, NJ (On-Site)

Company Overview: Rapidly growing Insurance Agency leading, national, direct seller and writer of insurance products is looking to hire an Insurance Account Executive. This role is crucial in ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be extremely organized, and have a proactive approach to task accomplishments.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Insurance Producers with daily account tasks

• Input client notes following email and calls with client into CRM

• Nurture client relationships and build rapport with new clients

• Answer inbound service calls and make outbound service calls

• Consistent follow-up on client calls, emails, inquiries, and requests, timely and accurate

• Assist customers with online applications and online payments

• Handle customer issues

• Practice customer focus, collaboration, and communication with the team

• Performs additional duties as required and or requested
