Job Details

We are seeking a senior rail executive to step into a high-impact leadership role on a multi-billion-dollar transit program in Los Angeles. This position sits on the owner side, overseeing design-build delivery and driving outcomes across schedule, budget, risk, and stakeholder alignment.

This is not a traditional project role - this is a program-level leadership seat with direct visibility to executive stakeholders and influence across one of the most significant rail infrastructure programs in the U.S.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide executive oversight of design-build rail delivery
  • Act as the owner's representative across engineering, construction, and program teams
  • Drive schedule, cost, and risk management at the program level
  • Lead coordination between contractors, designers, and public stakeholders
