We're seeking an Executive Assistant to support our Executive Vice President of Sales in our Kansas City office and help drive the success of our nationwide sales organization.


This is more than a traditional administrative role. You'll serve as a trusted partner to executive leadership by coordinating complex schedules and travel, preparing presentations and reports, supporting key sales initiatives, managing critical business information, and helping ensure the sales team operates efficiently. You'll collaborate with departments across the company while playing an important role in supporting customer relationships and strategic business initiatives.



Requirements:What You'll Bring
  • 2โ€“5 years of Executive Assistant or senior Administrative Assistant experience supporting executive leadership
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with CRM and/or ERP systems is a plus
  • A proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
