Position Overview:

We are seeking an organized and results-driven Junior Account Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the life cycle of an order; from placement and proofing to delivery as well as creating and managing branded product presentations for transactional business – clients who have specific needs with minimal variation. The Junior Account Coordinator is critical to our client’s success by ensuring products fit their unique needs and can be delivered accurately and on time. You will deliver exceptional customer experiences that enhance our client’s brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Management:

  • Efficiently manage the entire order process from placement to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness at every stage.
  • Coordinate with internal teams including sales, production, and logistics to facilitate seamless order fulfillment.
  • Communicate with clients to confirm order details, provide updates on order status, and address any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the procurement team to replenish stock as needed.
  • Resolve any order discrepancies or issues in a proactive and timely manner, striving to exceed customer expectations.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Engage with clients and prospects to understand their goals, challenges, and promotional needs for upcoming projects. During this process, you will share ideas and pricing through presentations you will create
  • Coordinate with suppliers to confirm inventory, pricing and timing of the items shared in the created presentation
  • Prepare the Sales Order for the Order Management Team once the client approvals are provided
  • Understand the Order Management responsibilities. Learn how to process orders, share proofs, provide tracking, and prep projects for invoicing
  • Serve as a point person with current and prospective clients
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products, from concept development to final production
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent, college degree or some college preferred
  • Previous experience in account management, customer service or sales, preferably in the marketing, promotional products or branding industry is preferred
  • Strong communication, and organizational skills with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients and vendors
  • Project coordination skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software preferred
  • The ideal candidate is team-oriented, eager to contribute ideas, support peers, and foster a positive work environment
  • Knowledge of promotional products, printing techniques, and branding strategies is a plus
